The concept of the album is to compile unreleased material from a range of UK bands past and present with the aim of raising some cash for the 1 in 12 repair fund, as well as showing a snapshot of a micro cosm within the UK DIY music scene.

Whether this is a club, artspace, library, cafe, someones house, whatever, it's something we need to defend, when it's gone we have no where to make our music heard without compromise.

Not versed in much emo-skramz at all but this hit all my boxes at once in a simple one go and it haven't left that impression afterwards. It got it all, from the heartfelt vox to the equal solid instrumentations all along. Shapeshifting
